We actually do talk about the Little Mermaid.. sort of. We at least speak the dark magics that summon her to do our bidding. We also dabble in the dark arts of Marvel's latest casting news, as well as spoiler free but sorcery-fueled peak into the deep darkness that is Titans Season 2, Episode 1. We also might be wizards. We've got to be frank with you nerds; this is the Joker episode. The gag order has been lifted from critics following the film's debut at various film festivals world-wide, and early votes are in. We get into the thick of what it means to be a comic book movie, and just where the Joker falls into it all. Plus there's some drama brewing at Funimation by way of the cast of Dragonball Z, and we solve yet another whowunnit. Also, Frank shows up, and you've got to meet that guy.. right? Stay handsome, nerds.

There's only one thing to talk about this week, nerds, and that's.. everything. Because every damn thing happened this weekend at Disney's D23. We get a Star Wars, and then another Star Wars, and then like two more of those, plus more Marvel Cinematic Reveals than you could throw a brick at Ron at.. If that last one wasn't the one, this one's the one. So buckle up and put on your decapitating shoes, Connor Macleoud, for this episode of Nerd/Life.

It's our birthday! And you know what that means? It means it's also your birthday - your Nerd/Life birthday! Come have joke-olate cake and Ron-illa ice cream with us! And to celebrate? Sony took its Spider-Man away from Marvel and went home.. shit.
